Food was great but there was no queue anyway so was no need to skip it!

It was a good idea to book this in advance. At night this is a hard place to get seats.

Drinks have no refills, but overall a good deal.

I would not do this again. We waited forever for our food, main course and dessert. I don't really know what I was thinking booking this type of food in Rome. I would give this a pass, but definitely go by recommendation for restaurants in Rome.

I thought we were able to skip the line!! Unfortunately this didn't happen. We were booked for a Monday evening and were kept waiting 40 minutes. To make matters worse, a party who arrived after us were seated before us! However, the food was very good. Drinks very expensive.

The Viator ticket was a very good value; however, no one at Hard Rock knew what to do with it!!!

Food looked terrific and appetizing but poor on flavour and taste, although cheddar mash was very good.

Hard Rock was ok, nothing more.

There was no line to skip, and it took a while for the greeter to figure out what I had after asking if we had reservations. The meal was fine, but I definitely didn't save money, as I wouldn't have spent 10 euros on a glass of Coke with no refills and the worst Sundae I've had in my life. This was our most expensive meal during a week in Rome, and one of the most disappointing. The food was good just not the dessert, but you might as well just go get some lasagna at one of the many local restaurants.

Not worth the lack of choices. Also, relatively poor service.
