Totally worth it! The meeting place was easy to find. Our guide met us with a Viator sign and told us exactly how the line-skipping worked. We got led into the security line, waited maybe 5 minutes for tickets and off we went! After we left the group that we got in with we just bought audio guides and toured everything ourselves. EASY and definitely worth skipping the HUGE line which would have meant hours in the rain that was wrapping around the building. Worthwhile if you are the sort of person who doesn't want to be tied down to being with a group, as well.

The guide was American, so it was easy to understand him. All the other guides had accents so thick, I didn't understand a word! Also, this guy really knew his stuff! He was not only knowledgeable, he really made it fun. What a great attitude. Do not wait in those huge, confusing lines with everyone else!

I loved passing all those people in line. Our meeting person was informative and very friendly. Viator gave all that they promised and I would highly recommend the Viator services to anyone.
