I had been to the Sistine chapel twice before and did not understand the history behind the layout of the paintings. It was really worthwhile to see it with the guide.

The guide was very well informed, communicated clearly, and made sure everyone kept up with the tour including an elderly person in a wheelchair. She gave us a lot of interesting information on the sites and repeatedly made sure we understood what we needed to do to fully enjoy the tour.

We saw the Vatican, museums et al on our first day there and were totally awe struck by the experience. Taking a walk and a look through over 2000 years of history was really something. Booked with Viator - very easy to do and a very impressive tour guide. Excellent!

Absolutely LOVED IT. It was the best way to see the Vatican in the day I had in Rome! I loved hearing all that the guide had to tell us. She was great, would and have recommended it to friends!
