This was an excellent tour! The meeting place was extremely easy to find, and the group leader was there on time, ready to go, and very knowledgeable. The best part was going past the huge line to get into the Vatican.

I was a little hesitant about booking a tour, but this was an amazing tour! I was so impressed with the organization and how well the large group was managed. Our tour guide was excellent!! She spoke perfect English and brought the entire tour to life. I came home and encouraged another person to take a Viator tour while in Spain next month.

The assembly point was clear and well organized. Our guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. My concern that the tour would feel a bit rushed proved unfounded, particularly, we had a comfortable amount of time in the Sistine Chapel. With a limited amount of time and a friend who was under the weather, it was so good to be able to skip the line, and a few days before we traveled, Viator reminded me to print my voucher, which I had done. What a good service in every respect.

Our guide to the Vatican was brilliant. She really knew her stuff, and was entertaining throughout, which was a great bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend the tour, as we seemed to be having a lot more fun than everyone else and would not have fully appreciated the Vatican without it.
