We enjoyed this tour very much. Our guide Nicola spoke excellent English and was very polite and knowledgeable about the Vatican. It was very crowded the day we went and I highly recommend the skip the line walking tour!
This was absolutely worth every Euro! Skipping the long long line was great but the knowledge of our guide Vivienne Carbonara was stunning! She made everything come alive with her passion and stories and so it was a very memorable trip.
The tour was very easy booked. Same situation was with arrival at the meeting point as well as the guide. Organisation went very well and the tour could easily recommended to all other people.
All was exactly as advertised...right on time, no hidden or unexpected costs and our tour guide, Michaela, was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and showed concern that everyone was able to experience and enjoy this tour of the Vatican in Rome. We won't hesitate to use this service again in the future..Thank you, Mike and Melody Choate
Our tour guide Alfredo was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and kept things exciting!
Felix was our tour guide and did an excellent job. I really appreciated the small group and opportunity it gave us to ask questions one-on-one to the guide. I would definitely take the tour again.
The tour was very informative, tour guide was good, read reviews which helped. Caught taxi to take us to ticket office We stayed in Rome near Spanish steps which took 10 min to get there. Handy to have water bottle, plenty places to fill up. Recommend this tour as the line ups were ridiculously long
Excellent tour guide even though it was very crowded, he gave us interesting information and steered through areas as best as possible
This tour was amazing! The guide was very knowledgeable and we appreciated her perspective as an archaeologist. We would highly recommend it
Fantastic tour offered by Emmanuele the guide. She was keen, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated.
This trip is a must even though we had to pay an extra 23.00 Euros each. Loved it !!!
The tour guide Francesca was very friendly and informative, highly enjoyable tour of Vatican City. Definitely worth paying extra for skip the line when we saw the queue outside!
Great tour and probably the best way to see the Vatican on a budget. Couple of notes of caution: the package does not include admission to the Vatican. You have to buy it at the tour guide office and they mark it up 6 euros for profit. Second, we did not spend much time in the Vatican museum. The guide asked us if we wanted to but there was not much of a response so we moved past. If you want to see specific things in the museum, be sure to speak up.
I recommend this tour if this is the first time at the Vatican and looking for a basic tour. The Vatican is overwhelming aesthetically and crowd wise so having a guide was key to navigate through the Vatican. The price is worth the guide plus not having to wait in line. If you do not do a tour you will have to wait in line over an hour, likely 2 hours its not worth the time to wait so buy a ticket and tour.
Our tour guide was incredible, she was very knowledgable. it my favorite tour of our entire vacation.
The tour was amazing ! The guide was incredibly knowledgable . Worth every penny
Our tour guide here was excellent. Energetic and informative. By booking this tour we skipped a line that would have cost us over 90 minutes of waiting. And the tour itself is excellent-- so much to see it is vital to have a guide.
No way I would have gone otherwise. The lines were crazy and we walked right in
A good tour, we almost didn't make is as the ticket you must print at home is 3 pages long. While page 1 would get you in, the other pages tell you where to meet. This is important as there are many tour companies that run these type of tours and this group meets 2 blocks away from the museum. Why the essential info is not all on one page is a mystery.
Wonderful! Our guide, Irene was knowledgeable about the art, her English was superb, and she had a charming personality. We didn't wait in a single line anywhere!
