An excellent tour. Very interesting and visiting early morning in a small group is most definitely worthwhile. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave a fascinating insight to all aspects of this wonderful place. An added bonus was a baptism taking place. I would highly recommend this tour and it was excellent value for money.
Outstanding tour. It in fact beats the biggest part of the lines. Quite informative.
The tour was excellent. Taking the small group tour was well worth the money. We were guided through all the museums with a tour guide that was very informative and entertaining.
Our wonderful guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. It was a great experience. Would recommend it highly.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the best, informative and patient guide.Daniela.Worth every penny and every minute!
The arrangements regarding not waiting in queues etc were as promised. What made the visit however was the lady who was our guide. She had the 'Irish charm' but more importantly was an absolute expert on the history, the exhibits etc - what's more she told us many great stories about the 'inner politics' existing in the Vatican throughout the ages. She was I think a qualified archaeologist, hence her depth of knowledge. Knowledge itself however is not enough - where she excelled was in communicating that knowledge to sightseers like myself who are not heavily into history and left us well rewarded for our two or three hour trip. It was money really well spent and great value.
This tour was fantastic! Very well organized and was the right size group. The Vatican tours were very busy with larger groups. THE TOUR GUIDE WE HAD WAS SUPERB! She was very knowledgeable and her English was great. You could sense her high level of interest/commitment to the subject matter at hand. At the conclusion, she even provided us with some great suggestions for other sites in Rome to see, some restaurants and even a great red wine to try and we loved it! Nero D'aVola!
This was the best tour we took, our guide was the best. this is a must if you visit Rome.
Our guide was excellent! The tour moved very smoothly even though there were many people visiting the Vatican that day. I would highly recommend the tour.
Our tour guide, Rachel, was the best tour guide we have had on any of our tours, very knowledgeable, and extremely personable. All our equipment worked, no problems with communication. Rachel obviously loved her subject matter and her enthusiasm was obvious.
Excellent tour with very well informed guide who spoke excellent English and linked relevant items to great effect. The Vatican Museum is very underrated in my view to such a degree that the sistine Chapel at the end was almsot an anti climax!
