Tour guide was great and spoke perfect English. A little pricey but would definitely use them again
We are so glad we booked this tour in advance and so avoided the queue, which was long even in low season. Our group was small - about 12 people - which was perfect. We can't speak highly enough of our Guide, Elisabetta, who is an archaeologist and extremely knowledgeable. Her tour was full of information and she was was able to answer all questions and also assist with general information about Rome. We would definitely recommend this tour!
Great tour of 3 hours
Doubt I could see that much by myself in one day...without the lines
Worth every penny to skip the line. Tour guide was wonderful sharing insightful, colorful commentary only available from a personal guide. Again first of December was amazing time to go very small crowd.
This was an excellent tour. It was carried put at a comfortable rate so nobody rushing to keep up and Alexis the tour guide was very clear and informative. The tour lasted a sufficient to give a detailed insight to the Vatican and St Peters
Nina, our guide, did an outstanding job of giving us an overview. Plus she gave us a little break in between so that we could
Enjoy the entire tour. Highly recommend her
Excellent. The guide (Patricia in English) was VERY knowledgeable, had a great presentation and very good English. A plus was her wonderful personality, really engaging with each of us in the small group. While other groups passed us by she would explain things and answer questions which made the tour much more interesting and meaningful. Would do the tour with her again if we get back to Rome.
Our tour Guide Tiffany from Indiana made this tour simply amazing. She took us back in history and made everything so interesting and astonishing. Her love for history and the tour was easily spread to the small group and if I could have I would have followed her all around Rome! Don't miss this tour, a small private group with a guide is the only way to see the Vatican.
We took this tour on Nov, 20th 14. The guide was fantastic so much information and again a very small group. So much to see and would take the tour again. Recommend Highly
Awesome. The Basilica is so impressive. The history. The art. The spirituality.
Our guide was terrific.
Well worth the time.
Our tour guide, Rachel from Ireland, was outstanding and made this 5-stars. Good energy, very knowledgeable, entertaining stories, and she knew how to navigate around the crowds and other large groups. Spending extra for the small group was worth it. We didn't spend a lot of time in the Museums, which is a massive complex, so you may want to plan another time to do more of that on your own. I would also recommend paying a little extra to go to the top of St. Peter's on your own after the tour -- great views of Rome from up there.
