The guide was very friendly, and cutting the line saved us so much time. She also gave us some tips on what to do while inside. Very much worth the premium.

Great! Skip the line and not have to do a droning tour like sheep in a flock. Wonderful!

You've got to see the Vatican Museum, and the line stretches literally around the whole block of the Vatican, even off season. Buying this through Viator is more money than you'd pay for regular tickets, but it is worth it. We walked right in, while everyone was standing in the literally half-mile-long queue.

This was well worth the price, and I would choose this option again. The tour guide met us where indicated and on time. We went past the line, got our tickets, and were touring the museum in less than 15 minutes. Only minor issue was returning the rented audio guides. Our tour guide said to exit to the right out of the Sistine Chapel to continue into St. Peter's, but the audio guide return is a left exit and a long walk through another impressive part of the museum. You then have to walk back through the Sistine Chapel to bypass the lines into St. Peter's.

Skip the line is a great idea. The Vatican was superb.

We checked in with the agent before 10.00 on a busy day, and by 10.15 we were through security and making our way on our self-designed tour through the museums. A very good investment!

The guide was at the designated location early and was very friendly. We took the self-guided tour and spent almost 5 hours in the museum and St.Peter's. While renting the audio is a must, to return it requires leaving the Sistine Chapel, walking to the exit--approximately 10 minutes at a brisk pace--and then returning to the Sistine Chapel to use the exit from the Chapel to St Peters. Overall, the title sums this experience up very well. We skipped the line, which was quite long, and were able to use that time exploring the museum. Definitely worth it.

Very reliable service, on time, as indicated on the website for the meeting point. Very good service to skip the line and enjoy the Vatican.

It is an absolutely unforgettable experience. Skipping the line saved a lot of time and we could schedule the day the way as we wanted. Everybody should go there at least once in a lifetime.

We met the tour guide as directed and followed her into the museum, received our tickets & went on our way. The directions from the Metro didn't work for us because turning right out of the Metro put us on the wrong street; however, we managed to navigate the streets & found our way to the meeting point. We had allowed extra time to find the meeting place, so everything stayed on schedule.

We booked the skip queue ticket for Sistine Chapel. It was excellent. Everything was very efficiently organised by Viator, and the Viator representative was very pleasant to deal with. The skip the line ticket easily saved us 2 or 3 hours of standing in queues.

Everything went as planned, which actually surprised me!! It is rare to find a company that does what they say they'll do, and Viator is one of them. I would recommend this service to everyone because it is well worth skipping the 2 hour long lines at the Vatican museums, because all the time you would have used standing in line outside is more time you can use to see the jaw-dropping collection of artwork inside.

If you have to see the Vatican Galleries, this is the only way to go! We went in late September when we thought there wouldn't be as large demand for tickets, but I did book in advance anyway. Thank goodness I did - the line at 8 am was 4-5 blocks long. It was wonderful to be able to bypass all that.
