It sure was worth it to have a ticket ready. There was a long line, but we passed by that and went right into the museum.

Excellent service and first class information and assistance. Extremely customer friendly. We found Viator to be just what we wanted in providing a tour which allowed us to skip the Vatican queues. Once we saw the vast queues around the Vatican's wall, we were glad we had made this decision. Viator ensured an important trip with our elderly mum was extra special, as this visit went without any delays or problems. The service before, during and after booking with Viator has exceeded our expectations. Well done to all!

Very efficient service. You were where you said you would be and it was great to be escorted into the museum.

Excellent organisation. Restaurant where you meet sold reasonably priced breakfast sandwiches. Walked straight to the front of the line, saved hours queuing. If you don't take the audio tour I would recommend good guide book.

This is simple to book, there is a central meeting place, and it easily gets you entrance into a must see place when in Rome.

We found this service was worth the money even in the off-season, late March, to know we would not have to wait in line. The meeting point was easy to find, staff was helpful and professional and everything went as promised.

Saved us a lot of time. Normal queues were a mile long.

Excellent idea! Even though we were there in March there was a huge line to purchase tickets for Vatican entry at least 2 hour wait. Directions were very accurate as to how to find Viator people at the site - we got there by 9am and they were already there to greet us and organize into groups. Everything went smoothly and quickly with no waste of time and energy. Vatican experience was AWESOME!!! Worth every penny!!!

Even with the skip line it took us an hour to get in to the Vatican. However, the folks who did not have a skip line tour waited 2-3 hours. I know because I was curious and asked a gal at the front of the line after we were already done with our tour. You can't believe the length of those lines. They wrap around the Vatican for an incredibly long distance!! That did not look like fun to me at all.

The museum is fantastic and we could get in the museum after only a few minutes waiting, while the original queue was extremely long.

Our guide was wonderful. She was at the appointed time and place and made it very easy. She answered all our questions and then some. Thanks a million.
