Everything about this tour worked out very well. The directions to meet the tour were easy to follow. We able
entered as s group and thus fid not have to wait in long lines. Our tour guide, Francesca, was knowledgable and gave us lots of information via headsets. Two thumbs up on this Vsticsn tour!
we booked this only two days before as we had heard that the queues for the vaitican museum were long. they were right. we met the guide at the meeting point near the vaticana cafe and all was as it should be. There was no issue, we skipped the queue (which was huge) and once past security did our own thing. well worth the time saved - the queue went around the vatican. would recommend this tour to anyone who doesn't want to spend hours in a queue. Avoid the Vaticana cafe though - well overpriced. double the cost to eat in. you can buy water here for 3.50 euros or for 15 c at the Carre Four at the bottom of the steps and to your right.
The person was very easy to locate and it went exactly as was described-walking right past the lines!
A very good tour, with a wonderful and very knowledgable guide, so, apart from the great advantage of skipping the line, the tour was fun and also we learnt a lot about Vatican history.
Hooray for Angelica and Viator.
Buying the tickets on line and then being able to present the e tickets made it so much easier and hassle free. The tour it self was fantastic, the tour operator was very helpful, once we were inside we were able to enjoy the museum at our will. The Vatican is a must for all who visit Rome.
Rome is a fantastic City with so many things to see and do and I will be sure to visit again
Francesca is an extremely knowledgeable guide and her passion for art shines through!
