Viator's representative was where she was supposed to be, when she was supposed to be there, and explained everything very clearly. She made the entry process as easy as possible.

On the morning of our trip there was no queue, so it was of no benefit. Really, however, on seeing the many long queues that do gather, it would be an advantage to have a skip the line pass.

Fantastic idea to book this...we saw the horrifyingly long queues that stretched for blocks and sailed past them into the museum with our charming Viator host. We then made our way straight to the Sistine Chapel and had a brilliant hour of contemplation. Will book with Viator again.

This is a must, must, must have in Rome. The line was 4-5 hours long even first thing in the morning. We went right in, it was great!

Viator's instructions were very clear and they were easy to locate the day of our reservations. We did the self-guided tour yet the tour guides were very helpful!!!
