The tour was absolutely worthwhile. We had only two days in Rome, and did the Vatican tour and the Ancient Rome and Colosseum Walking Tour. Walking by yourself, you will never gain the wealth of information, insights, and little bits of interesting facts that the English speaking tour leaders give you. We were so glad we missed the long queue of people standing in the scorching sun waiting to buy tickets! The tour includes three hours of walking, so if you have done walking for a number of days in a row, take good shoes! The Michaelangelo and Raphael art seen in the Vatican museum and the Sistine Chapel is breathtaking, and so is the St. Peter's Cathedral. The tour leader does not take you through the St Peter's Cathedral, but provides enough interesting facts about the Cathedral before leaving the group at the front entrance, where after you can walk through the Cathedral at your own pace. I have been to the Vatican City ten years ago, but did not join a tour, and I have missed so much then. This time, going there with the tour felt like I've seen it for the very first time. This really is a must for any visitor to Rome!

It was excellent. Mostly due to the guide. She was wonderful, and as an art major, she knew all about the art. She made the visit special. Thanks.

Guide was excellent. Covered all the main sights. Right amount of detail. Check-in supervisor was unnecessarily rude, but otherwise no complaints. Definitely recommend.

We had a great tour guide - knowledgeable, courteous and eloquent. We had no difficulty in finding her, in fact, she identified us.

The guide that we had was wonderful, she was so enthusiastic and full of knowledge, it made the tour so much better than I had ever expected it to be.

Signing up for a tour takes the pressure off of you. The tour guide gets you through the lines and moves you through the more interesting parts of the Vatican Museum.

Having been to the Vatican Museum before, my wife and I thought this tour would be a review of our prior trip. However, such was not the case -- our tour guide was OUTSTANDING!! Our family learned so much about the art and works within the museum. I would definitely take the tour again -- well worth it!

Our guide explained the exhibits with wit and humor, captivating my teenage son's interest, especially regarding Michelangelo's creative endeavor with respect to the Sistine Chapel. He was a very professional and knowledgeable guide. The only downside was the heat; there was no air conditioning in the Vatican museum and there were also overwhelming crowds. I would recommend this supplier.

Definitely worth it for the "skip the line". General admission lineups were up to 3 hours and it was 35 degrees Celsius, so the ability to walk right in was fantastic. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting, cultural and personable. Only improvement would be in the directions on the meeting point...perhaps a small map would have helped.

I have never booked a tour through the internet, and must say I was a bit skeptical, but everything was perfect. The meeting directions were clear and there was a well-marked sign for the guide who was there to greet us. Our tour guide was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, yet also had a sense of humor. It was a wonderful tour.
