Our plane was 1 hour late arriving, it made no difference, the driver was waiting for us. We shared a taxi with another couple and headed directly to our hotel.
return trip was in a mini-bus, it arrived a few minutes early, but the trip to the airport was good. will certainly use Viator again
Great transfers - on time and great service
The Airport Roundtrip Transfer worked just as expected. Very timely, polite driver speaking English, no problems.
Someone was waiting for me when I arrived and took me to the hotel promptly. There was a little of a problem because I was expecting a bus like the one pictured. I was picked up by a private regular car, so I was a bit hesitant to go with the 2 gentlemen at first.
Very good. Andre was there to receive us and the driver got us there safely in inclement weather.

Uneventful, which is how I like it.
Very happy with the overall service. The booking process was really easy and the drivers really friendly. Value for money is fantastic would have paid a lot more from the airport to Barra. My only gripe was the collection time on our return journey.I always give myself the 2-3hrs before check in and 45mins -1 hour travel time. Are flight departed at 12pm the collection time was at 10am we did have to run to check in on time! In retrospect I should have called and pushed for an eariler time. There were no other problems and would definately use again.
Positives: Drivers Jimmy and Roberto plus GrayLine representative Bel were great - truly friendly and did their best to be helpful. No problems with the personnel at all.
Negatives: Arrival "greeting" was late and found us only by accident ......... and unfortunately neither the driver nor reps had any idea where our lodging in Salvador was located, causing a delay of almost three hours before we finally arrived at our location after arrival at the airport and multiple phone calls. Note: Our lodging is one of the top-rated pousadas in Salvador - no private apartment or overnight guesthouse - so not sure why a problem came about.
