This is an interesting and very scenic trip into the mountains. We were lucky and had the most fantastic weather, but if it is cloudy or raining it would be a total disappointment. It was well worth doing!

A great tour with excellent guide and commentary. Stunning scenery and magical views from the Eagles Nest. The visit to the town was very pleasant - a great fruit shop with fruit from New Zealand, etc!

I loved the tour, and the scenery was beautiful. I think if the tours pick up at the hotels, they should not drop you off in town.

The day we took the tour was an exceptionally clear day and you subsequently could see for miles breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys from an "eagles" perspective. Our guide was very informative as to history and local color tales. The very nature of this tour requires punctuality, as will be evident, and our guide was a stickler for it. However, we never felt rushed, and had plenty of time to explore. This was an unforgettable tour, well worth the time. We even had time for an excellent local lunch.
