Just magical - it had just started snowing as we boarded the sleigh. Wonderful phots,the driver was the owner and very knowledgeable about the area.

What a great trip to do....the local company was great and Thomas our guide really was brilliant . He was knowledgable and really added to the whole experience. The sleigh ride was a lovely way to see the Austrian countryside. I'm glad we included this trip on our weekend in Salzburg.

Fantastic tour, our guide was very knowledgable and the driver of the Horse Drawn Sleigh was very friendly. The scenery was fantastic, would recommended this for any time of the year, particularly around Christmas time. Book early!

Lovely friendly driver, really nice sleigh driver, lovely little cafe - just like a big farmhouse kitchen (and cheap). Glorious weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip, which was very important to us as it was our daughter's 18th birthday celebration. Many thanks.

This was the highlight of our trip!! It was everything we expected. Great experience. The countryside was post card beautiful. Yes the sleigh has wheels as well as runners for early season travel,. That did not deter from the experience at all. The driver was great and very friendly.

Wonderful. Our guide Peter was fabulous and the local Austrian driver of the two horses was great. The Snow and mountains and surroundings were unbelievable. Kind of pricey but if you have the money I would recommend Viator and this tour.

Absolutely brilliant tour. Excellent guide, beautiful scenery, lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would do it again given the opportunity. Very professionally organised and managed and we were picked up and dropped off exactly on time. Warm clothes and sunglasses are a must.

Andreas our tour Leader shared his great knowledge of Austria (in English) with us and made it a wonderful and exciting drive to the Sleigh. Josef our sleigh driver was again very keen to use his best English to point various points of interest out and even organized a snow storm for us!!! Absolutely amazing experience. Thank you.

It was a very lovely and romantic Wednesday morning sleigh ride. The setting was so perfect because the snow started falling during our tour around the small town of Faistenau. It was such a great experience, one that we will treasure for the rest of our lives! Thanks, Viator for a wonderful winter wonder land experience ever!

Trip not like it was described. "Sleigh" was on wheels. Ride was on wet roads (though snow was on fields) - no forest, no jingling bells, no walk in fresh mountain air, no drink in traditional local bar. Very over-priced, No mention in case of no snow, sleigh would be on wheels. Extremely disappointing.

This tour was a disaster,it was not a Sleigh, it was a Horse Cart on wheels , the warm rugs did not exist and what was provided for warmth was dirty and old. What a rip-off . On a positive note the tour guide was excellent.
