The driver was there to meet us and was very friendly and courteous. The car was pristine, and the journey was relaxed and informative. An excellent first impression of the city.

We were very glad we had pre arranged the arrival transfer. Although our scheduled plane was late in leaving the UK the driver, through the company, knew the plane would be late arriving and was still at the airport with our surname on display. He didn't complain at all. He was polite, pleasant and very helpful. The car was neat, clean and tidy.
