This was a great, fun trip just as long as you like the Sound of Music and don't mind snaking around the place like an expanded Von Trapp Family! Because of the size of the group it would be nice if the tour could have given us just a bit more time, so that we could explore a little and have time for some different photo shots. For limited time it was great, as some of the locations are out of the city area. Go and enjoy it and take your singing voice!

This was a very enjoyable tour. However, I would have enjoyed it more if the number of people in the group was at least half of what it was.

This tour was incredible for any Sound of Music fan, and even for those who aren't fans. My husband was not too thrilled about going on the tour, but he really enjoyed himself. The Lake District and town of Mondsee are just beautiful -- really something to see. Our guide was very entertaining and knowledgeable. We had so much fun!

The tour was a lot of fun. In addition to seeing most of the best sights from the movie, it was also a great introduction to the city of Salzburg as a whole.

Sound of Music trip in Salzburg was fantastic. The tour guide and the driver were a great comedy act! They knew everything about the true story of Maria Von Trapp and the film adaptation, as well as information about Salzburg in general. The tour takes you around the mountains and lakes where they filmed some of the opening scenes - really beautiful. Would definitely recommend this excursion!

I enjoyed our tour and learned a lot from our tour guide. She was fabulous! I will recommend this to my friends. The place is also very nice and the weather was so perfect.

I am not exactly a Sound of Music fan and took the tour more for the kids' sake. But I loved it!! The guide had an incredible sense of humour and brought the city and the movie to life. Highly recommended.

I was picked up on time from my hotel and after a couple of stops to pick up other passengers, we were on our way. Our guide was very friendly, informative and enthusiastic about the subject of the tour. All in all, it was a wonderful morning driving around Salzburg. Thanks to Viator and all involved.
