What a great trip! Greg our driver was very knowledgeable with tidbits of information all the way to Ensenada. The scenery was stunning, the coach comfortable and the amount of time spent at each stop perfect. Lunch was simple but enjoyable, the margaritas not really strong enough to do any damage. If you are into shopping there are hundreds of stores for you, if you want a drink there are plenty of bars and if you just want to stroll around there is plenty to see.
A brilliant snapshot tour of Mexico. Tino, our guide, was fantastic and so funny and obliging. He was very informed and told us many interesting things. Also the trip was extended as we also visited Tijuana (and we're so glad we also Ensendada) and Tino waited for the slow shoppers.
Lunch was terrific and so were the margaritas. Great job and thanks to Tino!
It was amazing! Tour guide was funny and knowledgeable. The only thing was I was expecting more time in Ensenada than we really had. We only had about 3 hours but it ended up being 2 hours after lunch was done. We also got a 1/2 hour in Rosarito Beach and a little over an hour in Tijuana! All in all it was excellent!
Jose was a great tour guide and driver! He was friendly and very informative. He made our trip much more fun! We hope to see him again in the future! Thanks so much Jose!

What a day! Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided lots of local information during our tour. We stopped at Rosarito on the way to Ensenada, then Tijuana on the way home. A great day and a snapshot of what life in Mexico is like.
Again....a great day trip. A Mexican singer joined us at the Mexico border and played guitar and song lovely songs. The driver was very friendly, very funny and kept us engaged. He gave us good tips throughout the trip. The set lunch was very average and I wish we were served the traditional Mexican lunch. We spent time in Ensenada, Rosarita Beach, Tijuana. I feel that we could have spent more time in Tijuana ...the stop at Rosarita beach was useless!
Excellent tour. Ensenada is quite relaxed compared to Tijuana (stopped there on the way back). I'm not a shopper and didn't like being badgered at every shop you passed. Too many kids selling stuff there too whereas There were signs up all over Ensenada asking people not to buy from kids as they should be in school.
This is a great day tour of Mexico! We had a nice small group about 10 people and a wonderful tour guide. He was awesome, really knowledgeable, funny and friendly. He deserves a pay rise! The drive down the coast is beautiful and the stop at Rosarito is worth it. Once you get to Ensenada the lunch at the restaurant is really good - we can recommend the squid steak! We also made good time and were able to stop in Tijuana for an hour and do more shopping there. This tour obviously was too quick to give an in-depth look at Mexico but was a good taster and has whetted the appetite to come back to see more.
What a great day out! We had the coach to ourselves, and the driver was first class. We felt we had our own personal taxi cab driver, and he deserves to get employee of the month!
The travel was excellent, the driver/guide is very professional, the views, walks around the 3 towns and shopping were great!
We had a fantastic day full of laughs thanks to our guide's sense of humour. His wealth of knowledge about the various areas we visited made the bus trip go quickly. Ensenada was a neat town to visit with lovely architecture, a yummy lunch at the restaurant and great shopping. We brought back a whole carry-on bag of painted pottery! After seeing the landscape, I understand why they use such vibrant colours and patterns. I'm a great fan of the artist Frida Kahlo, so going into Mexico was significant for me. Rosarito Beach and Tijuana weren't so enjoyable, but they didn't spoil the trip as we viewed them as part of the experience! Definitely a must, even just to gain an appreciation of what we have compared to the so evident poverty.
Worth the money; it's nice to be picked up at hotel and returned to the same in the evening. The views of the Pacific Ocean along the Baja coastline are memory makers. The luncheon with the margarita was outstanding, worth the trip for the luncheon alone. Fun to have time to walk around, explore, and shop in Ensenada. Bus driver was very informative along the trip. Great way to meet other people.
