It was awesome ! Everything was well organize , our tour guy was great , my gf and i had a wonderful evenning! Btw i think we got more than tipsy lol

Although the brewery's and the beer were great it was poorly organized. When we book an event such as this we expect the organizer to make the tour experience better for us. We had to stand in line to get tickets for a tour, we had to wait to get tickets for beer samples. I can't see how this was any better than getting a group of friends together with a designated driver. There was no value add to the trip.
The trip was delayed by 3 hours and I was never contacted, I only found out when I phoned the tour company and asked where the bus was. The bus driver however was excellent and went out of his way to improve our trip.
Note from Viator: We are sorry that you had a not-so-good experience at the brewery. This is a new tour for us and we are still working out the kinks with our brewery partners. At times the brewery staff changes and are not made aware of our tour. I hope in the future you can rejoin us and see the improvements in our tour.
