A very good guide, the bus was fine, and there where time enough in Tijuana.
It was very efficient tour to visit Tijuana in half day. Without tour, we didn't go there.
Mike was a great tour guide - He was a lot of fun and very informative. We had a really good time.
The bike ride to the bridge was great.
Stopping on the bridge breathtaking.
A brilliant day.
This trip was one of our best days in our Usa-holiday, much because of the great busdriver who was very social, kind, informative, and happy. I highly recommend this sightseeing.
Tijuana was fascinating. Our driver Mike made all the difference.
My wife and I had a great time. The driver made the whole tour. We were shown the good side and the bad side and our driver told us not to wear jewelry around our neck. He had a shop owner that he introduced to us. We went into his store and wound up buying a beautiful handbag for my wife. We went around sampling the foods real good. The trip going and coming from Tijuana was interesting, we had to go through customs where they stamped our passports and asked a few questions. All I can say is if you do not go on this tour to Mexico you will miss out on the fun that you can have as well as negotiating about the price of an item. It is fine to go back and forth for the figure of an item you want. Good Luck.
The Tijuana Sightseeing tour from San Diego was great. Our tour guide, Mike, was very knowledgeable and had a passion for what he was doing. There were eight of us on this particular tour and from start to finish, all of us felt safe and knew that we were in good hands in regards to what's happening in Mexico. We shopped and afterwards left with the experience of being in Mexico. As we were leaving the city a guitar player entered the bus and performed four songs for us in Spanish no less. Good times...
Our guide, Greg, was knowledgeable, funny and helpful.
His knowledge and experience assured us this trip would be great; and it was. It was an interesting trip into Tijuana and getting to drive through town a little on the way to our destination was a treat. You are dropped into a very touristy area. Take the time to walk all 10 blocks. The shopping is nice, the food is authentic.
Again, Greg was helpful when it came to leave. He thoroughly explained how customs works. Using this tour was the best way to experience a day trip to Tijuana.
An excellent tour and one of the few tours left going from SD to TJ. The tour guide was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. The tour delivers what was promised and then some, but of it's impossible too much in only one afternoon.
it was a nice experience our driver Mike was very nice and drove us around Tijuana
Our guide was excellent, super friendly, helpful and informational. Hats off to the work he does.
Great śervicė nice to have smaller bus with only dozen people to go with on day tour guild made you feeĺ çomfortable and safe and explained everthing well.
Good bunch of people to travel with from all over.
Tijuana a eye opèner but awesume experience a must to see and ďo
My 1 day, 4 hr. trip to TJ was disappointing. We never stopped to even look at a historical site or building as we entered the city. We pretty much went to Revolucion St., were let off to shop, eat and drink, and then returned to the bus. I felt it was just an extension of any large Latino district I had traveled to in L.A. or S.F.
The tour was fine and a good price- the driver was pretty nice but would have expected him to be a bit better groomed and look more professional
Driver was nice and humorous ,also dropped us of at our hotel afterwards. Tijuana is Tijuana.
The main reason for the tour is that you will visit another country Mexico. Otherwise, there is nothing. The guide / driver was very friendly and informative. There is nothing much to see in Tijuana. Had some good food and did some really cheap shopping. Streets were very bad, call girls everywhere, traffic and populated which didn't admire me so much. But for the reason said above, this tour was OK.
This was not much of a sightseeing tour; it was really just a shopping trip. We saw a bit on our drive in but once there we were dropped off on a street that was only safe for us to venture 8 blocks on and we were left to do some shopping and eat. The restaurant the tour guide recommended was gross; the ambiance was nice with a mariachi band (which was way too loud) but the food was not even edible. If you have never been to Mexico and/or enjoy being accosted by every shop owner trying to sell you something then maybe this would be enjoyable as a new experience but for anyone who has been through this before I do not recommend it. You can find the same stuff for sale at better prices in Old Town and without feeling attacked by the shop owners and in a much nicer atmosphere.
