This is a perfect way to see the best of Yosemite if time is limited. In a 4 hour trip from S.F. sit back, enjoy the scenery , get to know your fellow passengers--3 Aussies, 2 Brits, 1 Spaniard, 1 Scot, and 3 Yanks. A very warm and comfortable hotel awaited with great bar food. Good commentary along the way from our superb driver who negotiated the twists and turns with aplomb and remained friendly and happy throughout. Well worth the money!!!

This was an amazing experience. The tour itself is excellent and is worth every cent. The vehicle used was beautiful. Hotel pick up was on time. I would strongly recommend this tour to all. The overnight Hotel was fine. The only issue I had was the tour leader. He just lacked personality and the entire group felt the same. His advise was not good especially when it came to some of the walks. One guy suffered a painful injury as the tour leader failed to explain just how difficult and long the hike would be. Your given plenty of time though on this tour to explore at your own will. Having done this tour I do not know how people could appreciate the beauty of the Park by just going on a 1 day tour. Again I say this is a great tour and well worth the money. Although I have made some negative comments about the tour leader don't get me wrong as overall he was good. You just need to make sure you probe and ask a lot of questions and then i am sure you would get the correct advise as mentioned he was not clear in the first instance is all. But when asked he was always correct.

Trip exceeded my expectations. It was small in size (13 with 1 guide/ driver) and thus more personal. Heather - our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and a safe driver. The park was beautiful and we have had ample time to hike, take loads of photos and to soak in the nature. Yosemite park is definitely worth going!
Also, Heather took us to awesome picnic spots for lunches.
The hotel which we stayed at (Cedar Lodge) was clean though dated.

I had a very good time at Yosemite Park. Andrew, our host was not only a good "busdriver", he took us to the best places to visit and told us so much more than he had to.

The trip was great and our guide made all possible in her possibilities to enjoy the trip despite not lucky weather conditions (especially the first day). It was quite surprising to find the level of the hotel stay pretty high, maybe could be useful to know that it will not be a refugee and you do not need a sleeping bag and other basic equipment. I would suggest the tour operator to group persons by their "exploring" wishes and level of activity. In our case it was quite clear that some of the participants would not have left the van at all, while others would have enjoyed to walk/hike more. It could also be very useful to know updated conditions at the park a couple of days before the tour, especially in the border line periods, when you could find snow and ice on the tracks.

Great value. The driver was punctual, informative, considerate and cheerful. Accommodation was pleasant. The walk down from glacier point 7300ft, it was breathtaking! Beautiful scenery, flora and fauna alike. I thoroughly recommend the excursion.

Seeing the climbing on El Capitan is magnificent. If you saw the wild animals it would be over the top. I think it would be more spectacular if all the water wasn't dried up. Tour guide is good.

Great scenery. I think overnight is an excellent compromise to a 1 or 3 day trip.
