Loved it! The wax works was ok - probably wouldn't have paid to go here otherwise but wanted the Alcatraz tour. Alcatraz was amazing! The collection of the tickets was straight forward as was the journey over. Once you're there you can take as long as you need to go round the island. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Francisco.
Very interesting and worth every penny
This was a fabulous way to obtain tickets for a venue that was difficult to obtain tickets for. I would definately use Viator again in the future. Picking up the tickets was very organized.

Alcatraz was amazing very interesting even for our teenage daughter, really enjoyed this trip but unfortunately after visiting madame tousards waxwork a few days earlier in LA the Wharf Wax museum was disappointing. No problems however with the collection of the tickets purchased from your site. Many thanks

Excellent tour
Excellent value ticket. The Alcatraz trip is well worth the money on its own. Allow at least a couple of hours for the audio tour and make sure you get to the ferry early so you can wait in the shade if it's a really hot day. Excellent trip!
Good times, dress warm!
Everything went well as we were able to visit the Wax Museum, Aquarium and Alcatraz. We had no problem getting our various tickets from the Wax Museum for the tours. Each area we toured was interesting and especially Alcatraz. We had no problem going from one venue to the other and had plenty of time prior to going out to Alcatraz to visit the Wax Museum and the Aquarium.
Overall everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant day of visiting the various areas.

Great Experience seeing and touring Alcatraz. Not really interested in Wax Museum and would not go back but the combo pass was the only way we could see Alcatraz during our trip. Alcatraz tours were sold out for 2 weeks. Worth the money though.
Viator's service was excellent. The Wax Museum is fine and typical of a tourist attraction. Alcatraz was interesting and fun to see.
