This is a great value for money. The tour was professionally operated. Alcatraz was a great experience. The City Tour was affected by the Bay to Breakers Race through San Francisco, but the driver tried everything he could to meet all expectations.

Excellent way to experience both Alcatraz and San Francisco. Before we left, I checked about a dozen websites for the best deals on Alcatraz tours in SF. Viator was priced as good as the rest, but the reviews and photos here made me feel better about booking before I went. Now I can say -- everything worked as planned. Viator did a fantastic job. The San Francisco tour was perfect. Alcatraz is so interesting.

The tour was great. We got to see a lot of the city. In addition, the tour guide driver was very informative and even gave recommendations on restaurants and "must-see" places. He also give easy directions to get to other places within the city. This is HIGHLY recommended!

Loved my stay in the City by the Bay and the tour we took with you was just great and I would highly recommend it. It's the best way to see the sights especially if only having a short visit. Can't wait to come back!

We have taken many tours worldwide, nothing comes near our tour of Alcatraz. It was just an awesome experience. After a 14 hour flight from Australia, we overslept our scheduled pick-up time and the people on the phone were happy to reschedule our tour. What a great bunch of people. They certainly went above and beyond the call of duty.
