The city tour was better than expected, unfortunately there was limited view at the back of the tour bus due to the on board toilet facility. Alcatraz is a must see.

The Alcatraz part is a definite must; good to know you can guarantee tickets to Alcatraz as they do sell out very quickly. The city tour was OK; could have been more focused on a certain area as not all parts were covered.

Excellent comprehensive tour. I was thoroughly impressed with Alcatraz...it should not be missed. Traveled on a big coach, most comfortable; however, the coach driver did the commentary - a separate guide would have been a better choice. A busy city such as San Francisco doesn't allow a coach driver to give all of his attention as a tour guide.

Good overview of San Francisco. Unfortunately, there were road closures on our day so we couldn't get to Golden Gate Park and this almost made us miss the Alcatraz Boat. Fortunately we just made it, and would of liked more time to explore Alcatraz, two hours is not enough. Beware the shops on the island close half an hour before the last boat leaves, so if you want souvenirs, buy them when you land on the island, or you'll miss out like us!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable. This was an enjoyable tour of the city. Having Alcatraz included in the tour made visiting it easy and stress free. Alcatraz is a must to visit!

Alcatraz is fantastic but make your own way there and back. We waited an hour after the alloted collection time and then the coach never even bothered to show to take us back to hotel.

This was a great trip - very informative. The tour guide was awesome and very knowledgeable. He could answer all questions. The tour is well worth the time, and you get to see all the points of interest (weather permitting - fog came in as we got to the bridge). All in all, a good tour.

Thought the service was good, all points worth seeing though rather too long a stay at some points and not long enough at others. Alcatraz is one of the best tours I have ever done with an excellent audio tour. San Fransisco is a lovely place to see and this is an easy way of seeing the highlights.
