I have to say this guide tour of the brige is well worth the effort
I had the most friendly, welcoming and polite guide tour I have ever had on any tour. I think it would not matter which team member you had on this tour as all the staff were just as welcoming and freindly in the office. I think these staff members should train the Grey line company staff - I would highly suggest this tour to anyone visiting the bridge.
Hop on hop of staff were better than most I had with grey line but not as good as the Las Vegas staff. I would recommeded the hop on hop of bus here as they are not to bad.
Great narrated bus ride to multiple locations around the SF area. The walking Golden Gate Bridge tour was awesome. Nicole our Bridge guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the bridge. We all enjoyed the tour from our 6 and 9 year olds to my wife and I it was a good time in SF.
Very informative guide. Tour was very worth the price. Would recommend this tour to anyone.
I was truly thankful to have booked this tour! I was only in San Fran for 3 days and this tour helped me get in as much sightseeing and unforgettable experiences in a short time. The walk on the bridge was breathtaking, with just enough time to get a history lesson, before completing the rest of the bridge on your own leisure. The hop on/off bus was a fantastic way to see the city, and explore the places I wanted to see in more detail. I loved it so much that I ended up purchasing the Alcatraz tour on my last day. All of the tour guides and staff of the Super Sightseeing tours were friendly, informative and helpful. Highly recommended!
Excellent ! That bridge is just something else. And 75 years ago, no computers !!!!! Shows what can be done.
Alcatraz - excellent tour, but I'm just glad I never had to stay there. Was relieved to board the ferry back to "normal".
I would recommend this tour to everyone. Our young guide was knowledgable and interesting. I'm hoping that after this anniversary year, the tours will continue.
This was great. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and personable. The only thing I might suggest is that you warn people that the temperature will be MANY degrees colder than down in the city. My grandson and I were VERY COLD, but the tour was Soooo worth it, that we still enjoyed it immensely.
Great way to see the highlights of the city in a short amount of time!
We really enjoyed the tour. The bus guide were very helpful in telling history and information about all of the sites. We were in a hurry, so we didn't get off and walk, except for the tour of the bridge. The only negative comment on the whole thing was that the person at the Grayline Bus office at the origin of the tour screwed up the voucher for the Golden Gate Bridge by putting an incorrect voucher number (she used the same voucher for the aquarium). Fortunately, the people at the bridge tour were EXTREMELY helpful and let us take the tour, even though there was a discrepancy that they tried to fix it by phone (again the Grayline bus people couldn't get it right). The bridge tour people even let us take a tour at an earlier time than scheduled to accommodate us.
Tour was good. All as per description, no rip off.
the only issue was, tour was not confirmed till morning that day, so i need to call customer care and get it done.
We chose your hop on and off bus tour on the web for the convenience of the added Park Ranger tour of Golden Gate Bridge. Good idea. However, it was NOT convenient to have to go to your office to get that ticket. Compared to some other bus companies we felt that yours did not come as often AND since your next to last return bus (around 5:00pm) from the Bridge to Union Sq had no inside capacity many of us FROZE in the September chill. One of the bus guides was good (about neighborhoods and movie connections)and funny and one hard to understand (I am an American/ native speaker of English)--neither had any historical/architectural knowledge. The Bridge was great. Peg, Tokyo
My boyfriend and I recently booked a few San Fran excursions through Viator. We really enjoyed the time we had and the itinerary was really easy to follow. The tours were great!
Enjoyed Alcatraz and the tour. The hop on and off bus was very convenient and saved us time and headaches regarding traffic and parking. However, we had to wait almost one hour for a bus at the bridge and had to sit on a bus after it broke down. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful and tried to make the best of a bad situation.
My trip was great except for a lady named Chelsea at the Golden Gate Bridge tour. When went to check in, she ignored us while talking to someone else about personal business. This conversation lasted over fifteen minutes. Chelsea didn't look at us or acknowledge our presence. When she did let me know we were in the right place, she told us she was going to be our guide. My girlfriend and I left because we didn't want to waste our day with someone so rude. With that said, Willie from super sightseeing tours was great! We were lucky to catch his bus both days we had tickets for. He was hilarious! We laughed the whole time on his bus. He pointed out a restaurant we tried later that day and second we tried before leaving San Francisco. I would definitely book a trip with you again minus Chelsea.
