Very good service.

Great tour guides and we loved the option of jumping on and off. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable.

Worth doing as a 'taster' for San Francisco, especially if only in town for a short period.

All 3 parts to the tour are well worth doing, despite the cold trip on the top of the bus.

It was my first time to get on a double-decker bus and I liked it very much. It definitely gave a great view of the places that I wanted to see in San Francisco. The crews were very friendly and helpful.

I love hop-on hop-off tours, and this was no exception. The bus was always on time, with friendly personnel.

Hop on and off buses are always reliable and a good value. This was no exception.

We took the Inner-city Loop and the Golden Gate loop. Both were great and the staff was great. Our only sticking point was on the Golden Gate tour we got off the bus to take pictures and someone stole our seats! Definitely get there early so you can get a good seat, and leave someone to guard them when you do.

The downtown evening tour wasn't worth the money. Not only did we not get to sit on top of the double decker bus, the tour guide did not interact at all with the passengers inside the bus. Everything he pointed out must have been via hand gestures to passengers on top as we never knew where what he was referring to. Furthermore, the bus should have stopped for a couple of minutes for photo opportunities. What is the point of touring if you don't have the opportunity to take photos? I was extremely disappointed, and as I said, it is not worth the money. The Golden Gate loop was slightly better, at least there were two stops for photos.

My ticket order was not in the computer system of the company that has this tour. They had to call Viator to get the necessary info. Also, all that I had paid for was not listed in Viator's information. In all, I had purchased ten tickets. In the end, the tour was really good and we all enjoyed it.

The Golden Park route was a little lame with only 5 stops. Should have had a route that took you through Haight-Ashbury. Other hop on hop offs did.

Our driver and guide pushed too much for tips, which was a real turn-off. The sound system on the buses is poor, especially on the top level. I recommend investing in better equipment.

It really depends on the tour guide you get. One older gentleman was really informative and entertaining. The younger guy we got was more interested in pointing out the library where he has too many fees to return, or the last place he got fired from, to really give out a lot of information about the city. The opportunity to jump on and off is great, and the Golden Gate tour is REALLY worth doing.

I was disappointed in the guide and commentary - not as good as compared to the Deluxe City Tour.

The buses are old and not in very good shape so the ride is not comfortable. The tour guides are uninterested in their jobs, lack a good knowledge of the city and/or not very easy to understand. Also if you don't get on the top level of the bus the guides completely ignore you especially if they ask if people are getting off at a stop. I do not recommend this company.
