The trip to Alcatraz was great. Took a short ferry ride over to the island. Very cool to see how the prison was run back then.

This was the perfect day trip for us, being that we live 2 hrs away. The Alcatraz tour was so interesting and enlightening and the boat ride Was amazing! Getting to sail under the Golden Gate Bridge was the perfect ending to a great day!!!

We spent the entire day down on the waterfront and visited Alcatraz as well. We had a few drinks for happy hour and then boarded the boat. The crew was very friendly and answered everyones questions prior to boarding. The boat takes you around Alcatraz, and the resident musician also gives you history of the Island as well as some pertinent facts about other landmarks as well. The food was very good and you can eat your fill as well. The trip was capped off by an amazing sunset as we went under the Golden gate bridge. I was rather chilly on the boat, but, I am acclimated to Hawaii, so, I don't see that as a negative. We had a wonderful time, great crew, nice entertainment, we would certainly recommend as well as take this trip again.

Alcatraz,what a place. We enjoyed the audio tour very much,it really made the visit real. The sunset cruise was different,as there was heavy cloud cover and rain. We did enjoy the cruise though,seeing the Golden Gate Bridge from the water,and the Bay Bridge lit up was awesome. The buffet was superb,anyone taking this tour don't eat before going on board

GREAT! Way to spend the day. Alcatraz was very informative with the audio tour. Was REALLY surprised that there were so many beautiful flowers in bloom. Sunset was amazing. Don't make reservations for dinner since there is an amazing buffet on boat with entertainment.

The trip to Alcatraz was awesome. It had an audio tour that was like having your own private tour guide. Very well done!! A highlight of my trip! The sunset tour was also very nice.

Very enjoyable way to get to Alcatraz. Make sure to book in advance ... No tickets available on the day. Sunset trip was fun too. Good food and entertainment and lovely setting. Good value. Highly recommended.

Love the Alcatraz tour. This was probably my 6th time with visiting family/friends. The cruise part was pretty good too. I recommend sitting on the top level to enjoy the live entertainment. Food was great. Scenery was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking for a big boat tour of the bay.

Definitely worth it. A great day out on Alcatraz Island then finished off with a leisurely sail around the Bay with a plentiful buffet and great staff. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone looking for something a little different. It does get a little chilly on the boat in the evening so remember to take a light jacket or jumper however, you can go inside the boat if you get too cold.

Absolutely recommend this tour, Alcatraz was very well done, the audio commentary was brilliant so don't forget to pick up your headsets!! When we arrived it was blue skies and sunshine and within 20 minutes the San Fran fog came in thick and fast, it was brilliant to experience this especially whilst on The Rock was great, It did clear fairly quickly which was great as we had the cruise of the bay ahead of us. The cruise was great and again would highly recommend with great views of the city, we went under the Golden Gate bridge and took some great pictures, plenty to eat.

Great trip . Viator is always easy to use and reliable. everything went without a hitch. Alcatraz was fantastic and the river trip in the evening as more than expected with a very substancial supper. sadly the mist was in so we didn't get to see the bridge.
