Great day out, nice to get out of the city and see some nature, and when it's as spectacular as the massive redwoods, it makes it all the more special.

Fun experience to get a little time at both places. Not enough time set aside for lunch however, so bring snacks. Definitely worth it.

If you enjoy the outdoors and tree life, then Muir Woods is for you. I really enjoyed these massive trees and the complete silence in this secluded place in the bottom of a mountain.

The trip was great, but the one big downside was that we only had 50 minutes in Sausalito...Muir Woods was very nice.

The guide was a bit talkative - about things that did not pertain to the tour. He needs to realize that silence is OK, he doesn't need to fill every second by talking the whole time.

Everything went so well, including the trip up and down the mountain and those 'dangling' split seconds in time that I just knew there should only be one car, instead of two, on the road.

We liked the Muir Woods a lot and could have had more time there. The stop at Sausalito was too long and there was nothing to do but eat or shop, and we could do both in San Francisco.

In Muir Woods the time allowed for us was an hour and 15 minutes. I think it needs 15-20 minutes more, it will be wonderful as it is the best part of the tour.
