We rate this as definitely worth doing. The add-on bay cruise is a must unless you want a separate trip to Alcatraz. We would have liked more time in Muir Woods and we loved Sausalito. If we come again we will aim to stay in Sausalito rather than San Francisco especially as it is so well connected by ferry.

This was a very enjoyable trip, and the driver was very informative. Muir Woods was worth the visit. Sausalito was a very nice village. I enjoyed the bay cruise.

Trip to Muir Woods was interesting and views on the way there are worth seeing. The San Francisco bay cruise was good and the narration interesting to listen to.

Muir Woods and the bay cruise were excellent. We had only 40 minutes in sausalito, with little direction. The bus was in a poor state of repair.
