Tour was excellent and worth the trip. Our guide, Erin, was entertaining and informative. His narration of the history of the area and the sights was helpful and enjoyable. The woods tour itself was beautiful - so peaceful, serene and informative. Amazing to be among nature in all her glory. Stop at Sausilito was nice but could have been just a little bit longer. Bay cruise was topped off this fabulous excursion. I would definitely recommend this tour.
Muir woods is a really beautiful place and our tour guide Igor was just perfect
What a superb tour...just not enough longer but that was what we paid for. Good bus, good and funny driver and good temperature even though it's out of your control. The bus driver was also very kind to stop us, on our way back, to a higher spot to take picture of the Golden gate bridge. Sausalito was a great spot to walk and to relax before returning to San Francisco. The Bay cruise was very interesting and educative. My daughter was joyful because we had unexpected guests near the bridge...dolphins. She was very excited.
Great trip. Igor, the driver/guide, was very entertaining. It was a perfect day for the tour and everything ran according to schedule.Muir accommodates a variety of fitness levels and Sausalito is a pleasant little town to visit briefly
guide was entertaining- wish we could have understood everything he said.
This trip was great. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgable. Muir Woods was fabulous.
Trip was as described, we had a very good tour guide who went above and beyond by helping make the trip even better.
Be warned, we bought our tickets ahead of time via Viator and when we arrived we were given the run around saying we didn't have reservations and were going to be charged extra. We pushed back and showed our reservations and all of a sudden we were taken care of. Know your reservation time and have info with you just in case you have someone trying to make off of you. Enjoy!
Very good tour guide on the bus the Muir Woods experience is breathtaking!!!
Amazing sights! Our bus driver, Sonya was AWESOME!!! She knew her stuff. Bay Cruise was so cool. Actually went under the Golden Gate Bridge.
The Muir Woods Tour was excellent...especially our tour guide Troy. Nice bus, a fair amount of time to explore Muir Woods and Sausolito. But I was signed up for the Bay Tour as well and I thought it went directly from Sausolito to San Fran. Instead I went back to the downtown San Fran hub and then to the Bay Tour. I ended up giving my ticket away to someone as I wasn't sure I'd be back in time for a meeting at my conference. This tour was advertised as one package and it doesn't make sense to have you come all the way back to San Fran. I was confused once I got on the tour and was on the bus to the hub before I realized I could have taken the ferry back. You need to add more detail about how the Bay Cruise fits in.
Really loved this tour. The trees were amazing. The driver was friendly. The road to Muir Woods is very curvy so did get a little car sick on the shuttle.
Our tour guide/driver, Igor, was great! Informative and funny, made the tour even more interesting! The sights were awesome and amazing!
I really enjoyed the walk in the Muir Woods and seeing the giant redwoods. It was very peaceful, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. I wish they would skip the Sausalito part of the tour and give you more time to walk in the Muir Woods. The Sausalito part of the tour is just shopping and very expensive. We didn't get to stop to take pictures of the Golden Gate like we were told we would because 5 people on our tour were very late on our Sausalito stop. It really wasn't a tour but more of a shuttle but worth the price.
The tour was wonderful. We loved Muir Woods but would have liked more time in Sausalito. The bus driver/tour guide was outstanding.
The Muir Woods tour got us away from the city, nice ride along the way, Sausalito was more of a stop off, not a lot to see, The Bay Cruise was nice, wear a coat, hat, gloves and scarf, we went in March.
Muir Woods was a fabulous experience not just for the redwoods but also the peace and quiet compared to downtown. Sausalito was a not to be missed quaint town.
The driver / guide was a laid back fabulous guy called Troy, knowledgeable, humorous and friendly.
Recommended to all.
Mono was an excellent tour guide. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
