Can't imagine a better way to get in to San Francisco from the Oakland Airport! Wonderful driver, great service. Our plane was 3 hours late and I called to let them know and everyone was great about everything. Hi Five to everyone!

This trip was booked for my son, a struggling art student in San Francisco. The first time with Viator.com was horrible. This was last July. However, this second time, the shuttle driver understood what a pre-paid voucher was. My son's return to San Francisco from Oakland Airport went smoothly.
Very good service, very pleased with equipment and driver. Have recommended it to friends traveling with us who also used service at the end of their trip.
Unfortunately we had to wait 45 minutes for the van to arrive at Oakland Airport (unlike the home pickup the week earlier which was perfect). The trip itself was quick and without problems.
The driver was non-communicative. We didn't know that he had another fare before our trip to San Francisco. He did not inspire a lot of confidence with his driving.
Was just fine except that the Van arrived almost an hour later.
Horrible, never ever will take the this Transfer Operator again. I was waiting 1 hr for pick-up, I was late for my appointment, I missed my returned flight.
No one asked for my reservation info, when I paid for my tkt. then when I arrived no one knew how to get me on a shuttle, so it was a hassle!
