Unbelievably great service! Shuttle arrived early, and was waiting for us for both our arrival and departure from the Bay Area. I received calls on my cell phone (great touch) to let me know that the service was scheduled, prior to each time we used the shuttle. Keep up the great work! Sure took the worry out of our transportation needs!!! Many Thanks!

I've always felt very safe driving with the suttle service thru Viator. Very empressed that they called me to confirm return trip to airport. Thank you.
The shuttle was ready for us once we had our luggage, no waiting at all.
Everything was fine except, I would like to add something. Please make the comment "call to confirm transfer" in bold or colored letters. I somehow missed that comment.
Very useful. The only downside is having to leave a bit earlier than you might otherwise, since the driver is picking up other guests.
We made it to our hotel in one piece, what else can you ask for.
It was impossible to confirm our shuttle booking prior to arriving at Oakland airport. I used the airport freephone and hung on for 20 minutes, but nobody would give me conformation. Luckily when the shuttle came the driver phoned through on his mobile and we were OK.
phoned from airport did not speak with a real person for about 15 minutes. when i did they said he would be there approa 15 minutes. waited 35 minutes called again(waited on phone again for 10 minutes. van showed up but was told it was not ours but i asked driver to phone in and ask if he could take us and he did. all in all we waited about 1 hour and drive took another half hour. on the way back we took the bart at half the price and half the time. it was very easy
Although we comfirmed a pickup time the day before, we had to wait over 1 hour for a vehicle to come for us.
Rang phone number supplied when arriving at airport. The call went to a message machine 3 times. Eventually a member of airport staff got through after a 15 minute wait. Van arrived and spent 25 minutes driving around the airport looking for other passengers. This was not very well organised and I don't think I would use this service again.
I called the phone number on the confirmation and was transferred to four different people before I got someone to dispatch the van. The van was prompt but could have used a good cleaning!
Had trouble getting through on the number provided to arrange the pick-up; when it came, my name wasn't on the list but the driver was kind enough to take me anyway as others were going to the same hotel. Online you think you are actually booking a shuttle but you are just paying for it in advance.
TERRIBLE SERVICE BOTH WAYS//RUDE AND INDIFFERENT
Your web site is not clear, the instructions are to book, print the ticket and call from any pay phone when you arrive, which we did. Not clear that you also have to have a reservation. That said, the person on the phone was most pleasant and said a van would be there in 1/2 hour. We waited over an hour with another couple who had reserved and when the driver arrived, he was most unpleasant and rude, barely spoke and seemed annoyed that he had to take us too. Not a good experience and we chose another airport transfer on the way back.
