Received a automated call that the driver was on his way with the estimated time of arrival at our hotel and the driver was there as expected. Appreciate the automated call, made it to the airport in plenty of time.

Unbelievably great service! Shuttle arrived early, and was waiting for us for both our arrival and departure from the Bay Area. I received calls on my cell phone (great touch) to let me know that the service was scheduled, prior to each time we used the shuttle. Keep up the great work! Sure took the worry out of our transportation needs!!! Many Thanks!

It took a little long for the shuttle to arrive, around 40 minutes or so, and initially the phone contact sent us to the wrong pick-up station, but we figured it out. However, once the driver arrived, the trip was smooth and quick and we were very pleased with this service.

The pick-up at the hotel was on time. We stopped in Oakland to pick up another passenger and made it to the airport in plenty of time. The problem was an angry driver who was quite impatient with other traffic on the road and spent a lot of time fiddling with paperwork at each red light and opportunity he had to slow down in traffic.

It was impossible to confirm our shuttle booking prior to arriving at Oakland airport. I used the airport freephone and hung on for 20 minutes, but nobody would give me conformation. Luckily when the shuttle came the driver phoned through on his mobile and we were OK.

The return Super Shuttle was on time for pick up and we arrived at the airport in a timely manner for our flight. However, the van had a horrible stench, it smelled like a soiled diaper.

phoned from airport did not speak with a real person for about 15 minutes. when i did they said he would be there approa 15 minutes. waited 35 minutes called again(waited on phone again for 10 minutes. van showed up but was told it was not ours but i asked driver to phone in and ask if he could take us and he did. all in all we waited about 1 hour and drive took another half hour. on the way back we took the bart at half the price and half the time. it was very easy
