Can't say enough good things about booking our trip to the airport through Viator! The 'heads up - arriving in 10 minutes' phone call was super...... Driver was excellent.......price was terrific! It's the only way I'll book for future trips! thanks a million.

Supershuttle driver was courteous and on time but I had to explain that I paid through Viator. Might want to check communications between Viator and super shuttle. Good diver and got us to OAK in plenty of time though I had to pay an additional $10.

We were to be picked up at 6:30-6:45am but were called at 4:45am to say the driver was coming earlier so he could pick up more people and would be there by 6:15am. This was a earlier wake up called and did give us less sleep for a long trip ahead. We have used your service many times and know it was not Viators fault. We did get to the airport on time but had to spend the extra time in transit.

The waiting time is too long at the Oakland airport. Though driver is polite, seems like driver is not familiar driving in San Francisco residential neighborhood.
