Unlike the trip to SF, this one was a different category. We had a well spoken older gentleman for a driver. He was very pleasant, had a good sense of humor and was on TIME to pick us up - in fact, way ahead of the schedule pick-up time. These are the guys you want to keep but unfortunately the rest of you needs to clear out of your business. They bring a bad rep to your company and even more unpleasant first impressions to your visitors.

when the lady on the phone said "please be ready at 4.16pm" youd better belive she meant it, prompt courteous and speedy. would definately use again without hesitation

We were picked up at the airport as soon as we got to the pick-up site. The driver was nice and got us to the hotel in a timely manner.

Unbelievably great service! Shuttle arrived early, and was waiting for us for both our arrival and departure from the Bay Area. I received calls on my cell phone (great touch) to let me know that the service was scheduled, prior to each time we used the shuttle. Keep up the great work! Sure took the worry out of our transportation needs!!! Many Thanks!

Pick up at hotel and return to Oak. Airport went smoothly. Very nice and pleasant driver. We enjoyed visiting with him.

Luckily the driver knew his way around, too bad he talked the whole trip to the airport about how much he didn't like the city
