Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Private Arrival Transfer: San Francisco International Airport to Hotel. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
Unfortunately although the flight arrived on time there was a considerable hold up at
immigration. Probably because there were several flights from abroad arriving at the same time.
Which meant I had to wait an hour before I could pick-up my suitcases.
Perhaps you should have some contact with airport authorities when you have international arrivals.
Also we were not permitted to use our mobiles till after passing customs!!
Your driver was polite, the car was clean and after that hassle, he got me to the city quickly.
Much better than taking a normal taxi.
Our driver Luis was amazing! My sister and I were in the city for our brothers surprise 50th party. He was very punctual, friendly and sweet.
We had him pick us up for our return 3 days later. Luis is very professional and an asset to your team! I will book him next time I come to SF!
The driver arrived on time and in the designated location. He was patient while I got done being lost and finally got the meeting point. He drove efficiently and safely. He was friendly and conversational. The ride was worth the cost.
Prompt and courteous service. Operator was helpful and directed us to the location for pick-up and our driver was there in about 5-10minutes after calling. No problems, very professional, direct service to hotel.
Very professional. Lovely clean car, friendly driver.
Picked us up on time.
Would definitely recommend using this service. If we visit San Francisco in the future we will be definitely be using this transfer service again.
The car arrived within 10 minutes of us calling them. The car was very comfortable. The driver was exceptional and we chatted about landmarks on the way into town. Would recommend as this service removes any worry about taxis etc. At the time was also good as BART was on strike.
