It was easy to contact the driver and he came quickly. Smooth trip into San Francisco. There was an additional $12 airport fee for us. I don't think that would be charged on the SuperShuttle: somewhat of a hidden and unexpected cost.

A little late to the Hotel but otherwise ok. Helpful and friendly driver.

I was a bit taken aback with additional parking fee of $ 19,in addition to the drop charge as per your tour price listed and booked by me.Rest was great.

Only issue was were the pick up was as it was outside terminal but not an issue really.
