Had to wait in the van at the airport a bit longer than anyone preferred, but other than that, it was an economical and convenient means of getting to my hotel.

We waited quite a while for the shuttle to take us to our hotel from SFO. Taking the BART would have gotten us to our hotel faster. Also, the shuttle was packed with 6 other passengers and the 2 of us had to really squeeze into the van, not the most comfortable ride.

It was OK except the driver was a bit rude and drove rather silly. With a flight delayed for 2 hours getting there, waiting around a bit didn't help.

It was difficult to find the transfer company rep, and it was over an hour before I reached my hotel. This was because the other passengers were dropped off at private addresses.

Taxi driver didn't seem to know the locations of the various hotels and was constantly asking and arguing with the passengers. Fortunately our hotel, The Sheraton, Fisherman's Wharf was one hotel he did recognise.

Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. Driver was helpful with luggage. Driver spent half the trip playing with his mobile phone whilst driving. I would try another company next time.
