It was OK, but could have been better

The positive thing was the quickness from airport to hotel and also the cheap price you pay for the service. The negative thing was there was not enough signs and we only found it simply because we were walking in that direction. It is the very last stop in the bus pick up area, but a few signs to help you on the way would have been great. The other bad thing was that the driver was driving like a mad man and we were all being thrown about the back of the mini bus. Also he was not helpful and when he stopped at a hotel he didn't even say which hotel he was at and when a mini bus is jam packed with customers and it is 1am you don't have a clue where you are. The driver didn't say a single word the whole trip and everyone was asking each other where we were to see if it was their hotel.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was scary, as the driver drove carelessly and fast. Also we had to wait awhile at the airport before going, the driver gave us no explanation for the wait. But the return trip was good and the driver courteous.

The driver tried to put too many passengers in the van. It all worked out, but not without an argument.

I had to sit in the middle of the shuttle, in a seat where there was no seatbelt.

The driver did not know where the hotel was so he took me back to airport and dropped me off on my own. Not impressed with the service.

We had to wait a half hour to get the shuttle. It then took us about an hour to get to our hotel.

The driver insisted we do three repetitive laps of the terminals to find more passengers to take to Downtown San Francisco. It added an extra 25 minutes to what was expected to be a 30 minute trip. I would recommend for potential users to use the BART train system or arrange a transfer upon arrival from the numerous operators located at the airport. As I prepaid, I had no way of exiting the shuttle and being refunded.

The driver didn't seem to know where she was going and we were driven around the streets time and time again. A half hour transfer took in excess of an hour.

The driver was very nice, but because of multiple stops, the ride took us more than an hour to get from the airport to Fisherman's Wharf. On the way back we took a taxi for only 15 dollars more than the cost of the shuttle and got back to the airport in about 20 minutes.

I had to make too many phone calls to get shuttle to pick me up at the Oakland Airport.
