Easy to find the transfer point. Staff were great in getting a vehicle to take our party of 8 to our rented house.
On-line and verbal instruction about the itenerary was done in full details. My family and I felt safe and secured and got to our destination in a timely manner.

It OK. The driver did not wait us to give him some tip. I believe that it was very impatient.
The driver was less than happy at his work. The speed at which he drove thru the city was not acceptable nor legal at times.
It seemed very disorganized. They put various different suburbs in one van, overall it took two in a half hours to get from the airport. I didn't bother with using them on the booked return. I guess its a great way for them to make extra money - not be good on the inward sector and get paid for nothing on the outward one.
It took my wife and I several minutes to find the shuttle service at night that I booked from Viator, because the directions hadn't stated what lane the shuttle woud be in. Then, when we crossed one traffic lane to look for men "in blue jackets" as stated in the directions, we saw none. We were directed to the proper shuttle sevice by another shuttle service. On arrival some 50 yards away, we were attended to by a man in a white shirt.
When arrived at airport dispatcher had to arrange a vehicle which did not arrive for some 15 minutes. Passengers included drops to hotels which were done first and we were left until last. The vehicle appeared to be in poor condition and condition inside stuffy. A long trip as driver had to go around many blocks to be on the right side at each hotel This extended the time considerably along with congested traffic.
Will never do this again! Waited 50 mins for the van to actually come and pick us up from the airport. We arrived at 11pm at night so was in the actual 15-20 min line! Catch a cab - its quicker and would cost around the same price!
