This is an excellent trip. The commentary is via personal headset so its easy to hear and the 90 minute tour is comprehensive. The boat was comfortable and the crew were polite and helpful.
Loved it! Simply perfect.
A great way to see everything (The Golden Gate, the Bay Bridge, Alcatraz, and the Fisherman's Wharf coastline) accompanied by good narration and a friendly staff. There is even a cash bar on board in case you'd like a glass of wine as you sit and enjoy the scenery. Total enjoyable and a good price.

We had an enjoyable cruise around the bay on a gorgeous day. The crew were courteous the cruise left on time the narrative during the cruise was informative and the scenery... what's not to like. San Francisco is the prettiest city.
Totally enjoyable.
Great tour of Angel Island and the waterfront of San Francisco. Tour is not "personalized" as advertised, however. There is only one sound track and no headsets to change based on your perferences.
The boat was empty. I was surprised.
Duration was good. Recorded narration was fine. Could have done with more engagement from crew in terms of the tour. Also, the woman taking photos and trying to sell them was not appreciated - she was not upfront about the reason for taking the photo, nor what the price would be.
Good way to briefly see the city from the water.

Beautiful sites, but recorded commentary made it a boring cruise.
