Our bus driver guide was superb. He definitely knows San Francisco like the back of his hand and left us with lots of interesting facts.

We loved our San Francisco experience, the tour was well worth the cost and our tour guide was excellent, well informed and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to any future tourists.

We definitely had an overview of the city. It was a lot of info to remember. Worth taking a second time to pick up any info that was overlooked.

Good interesting trip. Worrying wait at the beginning for the pickup driver and frustrating wait at the end for return trip to our hotel. Trip had good content, and knowledgeable guide driver knew lots of relevant interesting facts and made tour worthwhile. Customer needs to be allowed to determine level of air-conditioning, not the driver!

Really enjoyed the city tour. We were able to see all the sites that we may not have gotten the chance to see. I would have enjoyed more stops even if they were only for 5 or 10 minutes rather than just driving by most sites. Still, my 14 year old and I enjoyed it and would recommend it. The bus was very comfortable and our driver/tour guide was nice and funny.

The tour was a fantastic way to get to see San Francisco and learn some of the history. The driver was very informative, it was an incredibly clear, beautiful day and we felt the tour really enhanced our time in SF. Definitely worth doing.

The driver did a very good job as a guide. The tour could have been a little longer. It seemed very rushed and I'm sure there were other sights in San Francisco that we could have been shown. Still, we really enjoyed it.

A really good overview of San Francisco if you don't have a lot of time. Saw all the famous sights of SF. The driver was very knowledgeable. You don't realise how steep the streets are until you try to go up them in a bus! Because of time constraints, we couldn't make the 10.00 am start for the Alcatraz and City Tour; we organised our Alcatraz trip separately. In calculation, if you have the time, it saves money to do the Alcatraz included trip. Alcatraz was an eye-opener.
