Tour was great, but the hotel drop off after took 11/2 hours because driver kept getting lost and went round in circles in peak hour traffic. Had we known where we were, it would have been quicker to walk.

This was a good tour. We saw lots of things and the commentary was good. We were on a large bus, like a charter. I think I would have preferred more of a shuttle sized bus. On the upside, the huge bus had a toilet.

We only had 1 full day to view the city so I booked a half-day city bus tour and a cruise around Alactraz and the GGB to follow. We were able to see all of the sights which interested us- and did not have to worry about traffic or parking which is always a hassle for unfamiliar toursits. The tour has a few stops that lets you get out and view the sights including Golden Gate Bridge, Sutro Bath House and Twin Peaks. We also passed through Golden Gate Park, Fisherman's Warf, Union Square, the "Full House" House and many other popular areas. The tour guide was very knowledgable. There is a bus that will pick you up from nearby hotels and drop you off as long as you do not have any other tours planned afterwards. (We booked the cruise after the city tour so we took a cab back to our hotel on Mason St. -from Ghiradelli Sq.-which was only about $10). The only negative part is that I booked this tour under the impression that it was an open-top tour bus- it is not. But we had good views regardless. I would reccomend this if you don't have much time to tour yourself/ want to get a lot of sights in during a short amount of time!

Everything about this tour from booking to day-end was hassle free! Booking online was easy and the tour bus picked us up at our hotel with no problems. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars was because our tour didn't start on time from the tour office. We were supposed to start the tour at 10, but we weren't picked up till maybe 10:15/10:30. However, our driver was terrific and had much info to share about the city and and the sites. A major plus that couldn't have worked out better, was the weather! It was a beautiful, clear, fog-free day :) So fortunate for that. It made adding on the bay tour completely worth it. Definitely booking with viator in the future. The tour selections are fantastic!

We really enjoyed the tour - it went to all the top sights! Loved walking on Golden Gate Bridge - loved overlooking the city - loved the baths! All-in-all - a fabulous tour. And the bus wasn't crowded - an added bonus! Thanks.

We boarded the bus and off we went. The tour was very informational and we viewed so many areas of the city. Our driver was very friendly. We were given enough time to get out and view the Golden Gate Bridge and take photos; took us to the highest point and veiw the whole city; I think we got the bang for our buck. Happy!
