Operator made the vacation go sweet as a nut. No standing in lines, get on the bus to your hotels, could not fault them at all and will use Viator to book again.

We had a few problems with re-confirming the service but that was sorted out quickly by the transfer companies office. The driver was on time and we got to the airport with plenty of time before check-in.

A little disappointed we had to confirm our booking 24 hours before pick-up and were told if our shuttle hadn't arrived within 15 minutes of arranged pick-up time to call them - not very reassuring when you have a plane to catch!

Great to know that everything was booked to get back to the airport. The only problem I had was that I had to confirm 24 hours before collection, but the line was always engaged. I got through the night before in the end, and they were fine about the time.
