Transport arrived on time and ensured we arrived at the airport with plenty of time tyo make our flight. The driver was helpful and provided information to assist in ourdeparture.

great experience. easy to use. airport staff helpful in finding my shuttle. some, however, need to be aware of this prepaid voucher service. one shuttle employee told me they had never heard of it. the driver looked a bit puzzled but took it anyway.

Good experience! They showed up 15 minutes early, but it was ok because I was actually ready to go. I was first of 4 stops so it was a meandering ride to SFO, but I got there exactly on time. A great deal compared to a $60 cab, and nice to have door-to-door service for only $15 more than taking MUNI and BART.
