Transport arrived on time and ensured we arrived at the airport with plenty of time tyo make our flight. The driver was helpful and provided information to assist in ourdeparture.

On time and very pleasant ride. Driver was very nice. I will use again if I am without a car. The only complaint is the other customers were not out and waiting and kept us waiting.

Shuttle Driver was early and prompt in picking us up from home to airport. He is friendly. I suggest to avail the Viator Service, as this really is a worry free type of trip planning.

Service was successful once we were picked up, but the process before was very clunky. The transfer people didn't even know what Viator was, and it took persistence for us to get them to believe we booked through a reputable source. So we spent way too much time on the phone sorting this out.

Contact numbers provided were incorrect. Had to visit San Fran Tourist Centre in city to get them to establish to correct number and they made the contact possible.

Dreadful!!! Had to phone to re-confirm the booking - spent 20 minutes on the mobile explaining the booking!!! This was an international call. Was then told we had to have a paper copy of the booking for the driver - however the website states that an electronic copy would be suitable. We would never use Viator again!!!!
