The tour guide was amazing, so energetic, loving his job and the city, lots of good information. Only problem we had was when we booked our reservations via Cheryl we were told we had to go to SF the morning of the trip, get in line and then pick an available time. Luckily on confirmation, we found out we could book a time right then, otherwise we would have had to come to SF then back to GG Park and back again.
