The duck tour is a terrific experience. You get to see San Francisco from the tourist point of view and from the old-time point of view, on the water. We have a family member who landed at Omaha Beach in one of these amphibious vehicles, so it also meant a lot to see and ride in one. My only criticisms are these: our tour was scheduled for 10 a.m., but the tide was out so we had to wait for a tour departing at two p.m. Also, they really need to rig up some pipe on a ramp to make entering and exiting the boat for us old duffers less of an ordeal. Nonetheless, I sure would recommend this to both tourists and natives of San Francisco!

We loved it. Our driver was a hoot, or should I say a "quack." Great idea giving out the duck quackers. We saw sights on this tour that we hadn't on the other tours we took, so it wasn't really a duplicate. We would do it again.

Even though the weather was not so hot, the tour was fun. The driver/guide was funny, knowledgeable and experienced. A good value.
