great trip, great staff
Great way to get an overview of San Francisco. The tour guides gave plenty of information.
This was a fantastic way to get a feel of the city and see the sights. We only had 3 days and this was by far the easiest and cheapest way around. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and make the trip fun. Getting on and off where you want is a great way to do a tour. Thoroughly recommend it.
Interesting facts and story shared by tour guides. Their office proximity to Fisherman's wharf is an added bonus. Polite tour guides.

Excellent tour! This is absolutely the best way to get around and see the city and its landmarks.
We had a 2 day pass and used it on both days doing almost the whole circuit on day 1 and the best bits again on day 2. So many things to see and if you don't know the city they give you lots great tips

Great way to see the city. The guide was much better than a recording as he could answer our questions and he was very helpful. Buses were just as we needed them without a long wait.
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Tour was informative and gave us a great insight into the layout of the city. Highly recommended.
I was skeptical of the tour due to negative reviews, but I was more than satisfied with this tour line. Nothing at all to complain about.
A great way to get around and see the lay of the land and get ideas of where to go back to explore further. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Beware San Francisco weather. It gets really cold up there on the top deck!
Just excelent!
We used this tour to get familiar with the city. We pretty much spent the whole of the first day on the Hop On - Hop Off. We were able to get our bearings, and focus on what we wanted to see in more detail later. Another great deal. We took the two day pass, but there were times later in the week, that we wished the passes were still valid.
What a great way to see San Francisco, the commentary is very informative and we learnt lots of things we didn't know before, when you hop on and off you get a different driver/guide and each one has different information to give. All the stops are near all the best places to see in the city, I recommend staying on for a complete circuit and then hopping on and off second time round at your favourite stops.
