Brilliant thank you
Fantastic!
The only thing better than the trip was the communication between the organzier and my party. 6 stars! Very accomodating when I had to change pick up place, etc. Although the trip was advertised as a seaplane ride - in actuality it was a helicopter ride which was kind of short but absolutely great. Weather allowed the pilot to loop underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. Wow! Altogether an absolutely pleasant experience. I will be back!
My husband and I could not have had a better time. We really felt like we seen alot of San Fran in such a short time. You made it so much fun and we are looking forward to booking with you again in New York . Thanks for the great time
We enjoyed the enthusiasm of Urban safari staff and their associated companies. The seaplane lady and pilot were superb - it didn't matter that it was too foggy to fly over the golden gate bridge - the pilot made it a special trip anyway. The land trip - it might be useful to say in the introduction admin that this is an open side bus - they did have jackets - but it was freezing! wear warm clothing. The lady guide was super , helpful and informative. The driver was fabulous. We would recommend Urban Safari
arrangement was very timely and the morning city tour was very detail and exicting. Its just like touring SF with a local friend and all in 4 hours...
I left booking an Alcatraz ticket too late but got one through buying this tour. Turned into a brilliant 2 days. Surprisingly my order of best bits was:
1. Urban Safari tour
2. Catamaran - we were doing 11 knots
3. Helicopter - unfortunately v foggy
4. Alcatraz - it was good but put in its place by the other three.

The package is a wonderful way to experience San Francisco. Somewhat pricey but If you can afford the cost, go for it as you will not be disappointed. The sea plane is a once in a lifetime adventure. The pilot was very entertaining. The city tour was fun and the tour guide was very good; Alcatraz was alcatraz - audio tour comes with the trip and is worthwhile. The catamaran ride is ok but we already had been on the ferry several times so this wasn't so special
