The tour was very informative. We had to switch buses which was a little inconvenient. All in all, I would do it again.
This tour was awesome!!! Both of of our tour guides were wonderful and full of great information! You cannot go wrong booking this trip if you are short on days to explore and are trying to get your bearings, this is the perfect tour for you!!!
Muir Woods and Sausalito was an excellent tour but much too rushed. We would have liked it to be an all day tour with Muir Woods in the morning (it's a lovely place and the trees are amazing) and Sausalito in the afternoon (lovely sunshine, water, cafes and shops) - then we would really have loved it. Our guide/driver was very entertaining the whole time and even gave us a pop quiz related to San Francisco.
The city tour was fine and gave us a quick over view of the city. We preferred the Hop on Hop off buses but if you are only there for a day you really need to do the coach tour.
I absolutely loved this tour! We saw so much in 1 day. The drivers were so friendly and informative. I would recommend this tour for anyone of any age.
Sausalito Day trip was a bit of non event otherwise all very good.
Dennis and Rollie loved the tours and Troy, the tour guide was very informative. I would recommend this tour to everyone wanting to see the area.
Really enjoyed the Woods and Sausalito trip. Bryan's (?) recommendation of restaurant at Sausalito was great!
This tour packed a lot into a day. The bus driver/ tour guides were exceptional. How they could drive a bus and give such a detailed commentary at the same is beyond me. They delivered their commentary with good humour too. They really knew their stuff! The organisation of the people on the buses was very good. I would definitely recommend this tour to cover San Francisco in a day.
Great tour! Would recommend if you are in San Francisco for a short time. Bus drivers were very friendly and most informative. You get to see a lot .
This tour was great. The tour guides were good and we got to see many places in and around San Francisco.
Fantastic tour!! Worth the money!!! I learned and saw soooo much!! Great drivers!
After initial confusion on which bus to get in this trip was great. Both drivers were knowledgable, articulate and fun on both tours. Great places for picture taking. We all enjoyed it.
Great day tour of San Francisco area including Sausalito and Muir Woods. Morning starts in SF traveling over the Golden Gate Bridge to Muir Woods. Fun walking amongst the tall redwoods and flowing streams in the muir forest. You have enough time to walk to the back of the trails and turn onto a return trail back to the parking lot with stops to photo. Then to Sausalito for about a 90 minute stop for lunch. Recommend quick lunch at Fish n' Chips or Burger place to save time for shopping. Travel through Golden Gate Park to Lands End for views of the GG Bridge and ocean/beaches.Back through SF city for sights of the town incuding different neighborhoods. Went to Twin Peaks on a mountain top overlooking all of the SF area. Saw SF, GG Bridge, Bay Bridge, Alcatraz, and everything surrounding. Stopped at City Hall for a quick stop. Overal a good tour to take especially if you have not been to SF a lot or first time.
I went with 5 other ladies for the entire day tour. We all loved it. The morning and afternoon bus drivers were great. Very informative. Thanks you.
The tour operator, Joe, was terrific and well informed on the city tour. The Muir Woos And Sausalito portion was excellent as well. My only disappointment was not being able to see "the Painted Ladies" but understand city regulations prevented us having access.
Excellent ! Our drivers were both full of information and so pleasant! Would have liked perhaps 1/2 hour more in Sausalito to eat and enjoy the town
Tour was informative and comfortable. The tour guide had enough knowledge to guide the tourist .
Both tour guides were extremely informative. Brian who took us to the woods was amazing. All very friendly. Our city tour guide filled us in with lots of background on the city. Bus was comfortable. Definitely worth doing especially when you first arrive to get your bearings
I was able to experience Forest, Coast and City all in one trip. A must do if you have little time to see San Fran.
My friends and I were sure glad we booked this trip --- the tour of the city showed so many different areas and covered lots of things we would never have seen on our own - Muir Woods was beautiful and peaceful and I got an amazing picture of an owl there --- lunch in Sausalito - we found a nice little sandwich shop that also had delicious desserts ---so glad the skies cleared up so we could get good views of the world famous San Francisco bridge and an added perk was seeing the winning America's Cup boat practicing (it hadn't won at that point but it was neat to see it working out!!!)
