I can't get over how much fun I had on this tour. I visit San Francisco about twice a year and love doing all the touristy stuff, but this tour was different, it made me feel like a total insider. The view from Twin Peaks was amazing, but my absolute favorite part was walking through the eucalyptus forest. I've already recommend this tour to friends and family and I extend the same recommendation to anyone considering to book this tour. A special thanks to our guide (sorry I forgot your name) for making this such a great experience!
This was a very fun and very active hike. Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly and made this feel more like visiting with a friend than being led around by a stranger. The variety of environments we explored was great and the views were just amazing. I booked this trip for my first visit to San Francisco so everything I saw was new to me but, impressively, the two local friends I took with me likewise saw things they didn't even know existed. Amazing time! I would recommend this to anyone with a little stamina, a taste for adventure and a desire to see (and photograph) sights and perspectives otherwise completely unavailable. I'm so glad I did this!
This was a great way to spend 3-4 hours. The hike was perfectly paced and provided great exercise and some spectacular views of the city. Alex kept us informed of little known facts that we would never have come across on our own and we saw places that most people probably drive by without realizing they are there. We got a great tour of some interesting neighborhoods.
All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend.
A wonderful and not very difficult hike in San Francisco.
We had wonderful view about the town, financial district Alcatraz and the Golden gate bridge.
We also had the luck to hear and see the cloud of green parrots;
We were fond of the path in the eucalyptus , which smelt so good.
Not easy to imagine you are still in town.
Nevertheless, even your ado will have fun and will be back too eat a perfect Mexican meal in mission Dolores area. A perfect (and ultimate for us) day in San Francisco.
And a big French kiss from Paris (And Reunion island) to our so friendly guide, Alexandra K.
Had a great time on the Hike. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The views of the city were amazing! The only issue was parking. If you plan the trip take public transportation or a cab to the meeting point. Parking is limited to 2 hours and the tour lasts about 3.
