This is my first helicopter tour of the San Francisco area, but is one I would recommend to all. The hotel pick up was flawless, the helicopter was new, clean and well flown. The in-flight commentary was informative and well received. I would do this trip again!

This was my first helicopter ride, and I really and truly enjoyed it. The views over San Francisco were incredible. The weather on the day we flew was perfect and we could see for miles up and down the coast. The San Francisco Bay was stunning, Alcatraz was cool, but the real highlight was the Golden Gate Bridge itself. We were lucky enough to fly under it (yes! under it!), which apparently only happens on clear days. That was a treat. I can't recommend this SF helicopter tour strongly enough!

It was cool. I think it's easier to notice the landmarks that are being pointed out if you are a local, but we all had a good time. Flying under the Golden Gate bridge was fun.

Great trip; really smooth ride. May be better to go later in the day to avoid fog over Golden Gate Bridge. Great view of the city.

My wife had wanted a helicopter trip for a while and we had held back due to cost. The Viator booking cost less and the ride and arrangements were top notch. She was ecstatic. The ride didn't even bother me though I don't like heights.

The helicopter accommodates six persons in addition to pilot. One passenger sits in the front co-pilot seat, five sit in the rear passenger compartment, with two of those seats rear-facing. Space is limited and it's difficult to turn to look at the view, particularly if you are in one of the rear-facing seats. It's hard to appreciate what's going on when the pilot commentary is mostly along the lines of "coming up on the right is..." and you are facing the rear, you can't see what's coming up and have to remember to transpose the right and left indicators so you can see things out the rear after you've gone past them while listening for and trying to remember the commentary on the next thing to be viewed.
