I really enjoyed the Segway tour - more than I was expecting too. It's a little intimidating at first but it's not that hard to get the hang of. Once you figure it out you won't want to stop. You'll be pushing it to hit the 'speed limiter' the whole time! Be sure to dress warm if you're doing the tour down near the water in San Francisco.

The Segway tour was so much fun. It was much more fun than I expected and it was a lot easier than I expected too. Once you get up to "rabbit speed", you can really cruise. It was great! The tour guide was super funny and made it a blast!

Really great trip and well worth the money. My wife thought it was the highlight of our honeymoon. She was a little nervous to start with but once we got going there was no stopping her!

Had a great time. Staff was fun and the machines were awesome. It was over too soon.

What a wonderful experience! We had an amazing and hilarious guide. I would definitely recommend this package, and in fact, I already have!

I loved it and so did my son. Our only complaints were a mis set expectation of how long the tour would be. I think it would be clearer if the wording stated that the tour length was 2 hours and actually was - not cut short by the tour director's feeling that the traffic was too heavy and therefor justified leaving our Fisherman's Wharf and shortening the trip and clearly stating how long the actual tour part of the program is. ie "a 30 minute orientation is followed by an hour and a half tour." The current marketing approach makes it sound like the tour itself is 2 hours long.

Our segway tour of San Francisco wharf was absolutely fantastic. Our guide was great, thorough in training, funny and just a pleasure to be with. Don't miss this tour, it's definitely worth it!

My husband and I loved this, but we were paired with a woman who scared the heck out of me. I watched her lose control twice on the Segway machine and it made me nervous to be anywhere near her. They set you up with a quick video, a practice session and go through the bascis of getting on and off with you before you leave for the open road. It's really easy to move, but if you go too fast you have to counteract your intuition and make yourself pull back with your feetbutt. If it hadn't been for the lady who kept crashing I would've had more fun, but having said that watching her crash made me more careful and that was probably a good thing. These machines can hurt you if you aren't paying attention. Pay special attention getting on and off the machine. I got off it and steered the machine over my ankle at one point. It hurt, but I was too proud to admit it so kept the pain to myself. Still, I think I'll buy one for my own fun someday. I really liked our guide.

My only complaint was the long rest period in the middle. There were too many people, and everyone went off in opposite directions, making it unclear when we would take off again. Also, the training was a bit long.

Too long Segway familiarisation, too little sightseeing. But riding Segway is fun and exiting.
