We enjoyed our visit to the Academy of Science but ran out of time, we need to go earlier and allow more time on our next visit.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit but were disappointed that we did not see the planetarium. When we got in line about 200pm the tickets were gone for the rest of the day.

This was a good trip, although it would have been better if we knew that we had to get there first thing in the morning, in order to get into the special shows! I had no idea. This was a lot of fun, my 8 year loved the rain forest exhibit!

It was wonderful except one thing. It sure wasn't Viator's fault, but after waiting in line for 40 minutes even though we had paid in advance, we had to go to another line and wait another 20 minutes to trade our voucher in for tickets. Then nobody told us that we had to request passes for the 3D bug and planetarium shows. So we were unable to see them. You should mention on the voucher what is required to do so our time is not wasted. Also, when they took our tickets, they took the voucher. When I went to purchase a year pass at 50 percent off with the purchase, they wouldn't do it because I couldn't prove that I purchased the voucher from you. Real silly I think.

Getting the tickets in advance online was well worth it. There was a long line around the corner and we were able to just walk in. I didn't like the global warming part of the exhibit though, don't believe it's man made and they are brainwashing a lot of people.

The Academy of Sciences was amazing. I wish that I had been informed that it was necessary to reserve tickets to the Planetarium on entering the building. We were unable to see it because of that. Otherwise...we loved it.

Reservation was very helpful, it saved us some time, but we still had to wait in line in the rain.

Great exhibits, especially the rain forest, the living roof, the aquarium and the planetarium. Too many long lines and not enough tickets to attend the special shows. There should be more passes and a standby line. Good food but pricey. More recycling needed in food area, maybe real dishes would help.

We enjoyed our visit to the Science Academy. The architecture and design were the most interesting part of our visit. We went on a Thursday and were able to get tickets for the shows we wanted to see with no problems. My only question is why do parents bring infants in strollers and extremely small children without older siblings to these kind of museums. The strollers are dangerous for older adults. Do these children really enjoy the events?

Museum is a phenomenon of architecture. Was able to see all exhibits except the one we wanted to see most, the planetarium, which had lines wrapping around the perimeter of the theatre. Felt like Disneyland...yuck! Everything else was superb.

Outstanding structure, innovative design, "green", aquarium displays realistic, good food choices with space outside for child play while eating. But much too crowded, small space in Aquarium considering strollers, etc., dark and cloistered with so many downstairs.

Very interesting and informative but very crowded.

Aquarium was terrific, rain forest will be great once it fills out and acclimates.

Using the Viator Skip the Line tickets on Presidents Day was excellent. We truly went to the head of a huge, two block long line and were admitted promptly after having ID's checked. Very satisfying experience.

The line to exchange the voucher to "real tickets" took much longer than just buying the actual tickets, they were confused about the "audio tour" too. But I like the fact that the tickets were discounted.
